To enable Duplex printing you will need to enter a Duplex Printer code in Printer Settings. Open the the W-2/1099 Forms Filer Menu and select a Client. Select Options> Printer Settings, and select the Printer Mode. On the Printer Device and Codes screen enter the Duplex Code after the /E# on the Forms Line. The Duplex codes are as follows: /Z0 = simplex, /Z1 = duplex (left binding), and /Z2 = duplex (top binding). Click Quit/Save.
