Please make sure the file that you are importing is an actual PRN File and not a Tabbed Delimited Text file. When you view the file on-screen if it looks like the form without the lines (just the data), then it is probably a PRN File. If your data is listed in columns, for example one column list SSNs another Recipient Names, and so on, it is probably a Text File and you will need to select Utilties>Import Assistant>Import from a Tabbed Delimited Text File from the Main Menu.
