Microsoft has released the following information, which explains what needs to be done in order for a customer to see if their issue is the same as the reported printing issue and possibly fix it.
Uninstall the Windows Update KB5000802
If you use 1099 software with printing capabilities, the only thing that we have found to work is uninstalling this update. You can uninstall the Microsoft update, but we cannot guarantee that will resolve the issue or what other effect uninstalling that update will have on your machine.
