What Check Type do I use to print QuickBooks checks from your program?
Most QuickBooks Check use Check Type "G" or "H". Please fax a copy ofa voidedcheck to our Technical Support and we will be able to tell you which Check Type you will need to use. The fax number is 800-578-1780. Please include your name and contact information with the fax.
Can checks be transferred to QuickBooks?
You may write payroll checks from the 1099-etc software. The software will not transfer the transaction(s) to QuickBooks. We do offer an export to QuickBooks General Journal, but individual payroll checks cannot be transferred.
Will any blank checks work with AMS Payroll ?
We recommend that you use NELCO (www.ams.taxforms.com)checks. However, checks from other companies may work with our program. Please fax us a sample check and we will determine if wesupport that check type. Make sure to include your name and contact information so that one of our technicians can call you back.
Can the forms generated in your software be saved in pdf format?
Yes, you can generate PDF files from the forms/reports in our program.
